The housing market in Forsyth County is picking up. March sales of existing homes were up 29.2% in March from March, 2009. There were 403 homes sold in Forsyth County in March, 2010 versus 312 during March of ’09 according to stats from the Winston-Salem Regional Association of RealtorsĀ®. Home sales were also up 41.4% from February this year.
