If you haven’t bought a home during this Home Buyer Tax Credit period, your time is running out. To qualify for the credit you must have a home under contract by April 30th. That’s just over 3 weeks away. You then have until June 30th to “close”. There have been many changes in the mortgage market during the last few months, but 60 days should be ample time to close your loan. Please let us know if we can help you in anyway.
